My Introduction To Lose Weight Fast Diets

My name is Carol and I would like to welcome you to my site about lose weight fast diets. I am fast approaching 50 years of age I’m dreading it as 50 seems so old and although I don’t feel old I know I am beginning to look it!!
The middle age spread has been spreading slowly over the last 10 years. When I was 40 I was going to the gym 3 times a week and had a personal trainer. I weighed about 9 and half stone or 133 pounds and now I weigh 11 and half stone or 160 pounds and look so middle aged. My BMI says I am overweight which I have never been in my life.
SO I HAVE DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I am going to lose weight and hope to get rid of some of this flab that seems to hang on my frame!
I am going to show you how we can all do something about it and it would be great if you could join in with me. WATCH THIS SPACE.
I have named my site lose weight fast diets because if you are like me then you are looking for the quickest way to lose weight and want to lose weight with a fast diet. Follow me on my quest to do just that. I have 6 months until I am 50, 13th September and I am going to try any lose weight fast diets to get there.
Obviously I’m not a celebrity so I do not have the money or staff to help me or make it happen for me. I’m just an average middle aged woman who doesn’t want to be overweight but might slip up from time to time. Between you and me, I had a Chinese meal last night with loads of red wine!
I hope you will watch my weekly update of what I’ve been doing to lose weight fast and maybe we will both find the quickest way to lose weight.
