My Introduction To Lose Weight Fast Diets

My name is Carol and I would like to welcome you to my site about lose weight fast diets. I am fast approaching 50 years of age I’m dreading it as 50 seems so old and although I don’t feel old I know I am beginning to look it!!

The middle age spread has been spreading slowly over the last 10 years. When I was 40 I was going to the gym 3 times a week and had a personal trainer. I weighed about 9 and half stone or 133 pounds and now I weigh 11 and half stone or 160 pounds and look so middle aged. My BMI says I am overweight which I have never been in my life.
 
SO I HAVE DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I am going to lose weight and hope to get rid of some of this flab that seems to hang on my frame!

I am going to show you how we can all do something about it and it would be great if you could join in with me. WATCH THIS SPACE.

I have named my site lose weight fast diets because if you are like me then you are looking for the quickest way to lose weight and want to lose weight with a fast diet. Follow me on my quest to do just that. I have 6 months until I am 50, 13th September and I am going to try any lose weight fast diets to get there.

Obviously I’m not a celebrity so I do not have the money or staff to help me or make it happen for me. I’m just an average middle aged woman who doesn’t want to be overweight but might slip up from time to time. Between you and me, I had a Chinese meal last night with loads of red wine!

I hope you will watch my weekly update of what I’ve been doing to lose weight fast and maybe we will both find the quickest way to lose weight.

Lose Weight Fast Diets – Week 4 Update

Hi Everyone.

I have just completed my 4th week of my lose weight fast diets.

How am I doing I hear you all ask?

Well, to be honest, I am very disappointed to report that I have only lost 1.5 kilos which is about 3.3 lbs and by now expected to have lost more because I have tried so very hard to be good with my meals and drinking so much water I feel I could burst as well as being in the loo every 5 minutes of course!

As well as my food intake, because I do not enjoy using the weights alone, I have been to the gym and done classes. I have done this 4 times a week, every week, for one hour. I have been doing 3 spinning classes and one body pump a week and I do feel so much better and fitter even in 4 weeks but the weight is not shifting as quickly as I would like it to.

As well as feeling better I have more energy though and I am also sleeping well and feel mentally better but I don’t think I really look that much better. I know what my problem is, I can be very good during the week but at weekends (no gym) and then I am slipping into my old ways of drinking beer and wine so it’s now time to address it because we all know that alcohol has so much sugar and calories in it that has been my downfall.

So I need to sort out my weekends and start some serious lose weight fast diets which is easier said than done but I now have 4 and half months left until I am 50 and only 4 weeks until I my holiday in a beautiful Villa in Spain with a pool and believe me I really want to be able to swim and relax without feeling fat and lumpy.

We all know that there are many different articles around about dieting and I’m not going to lie to you, finding the best one to suit me is proving a little. Because, none of them seem to involve beer or wine!

So that has to stop or at least be much more controlled!! So from next week it’s back to the drawing board and time to try a few different  which I’ll tell you about it on here.

Lose Weight Fast Diets – An Update From Me Carol

Well I have gone and done it! 

As well as using lose weight fast diets and after talking about it for a month I have finally joined the Gym this morning.

Last month I had 6 months before I was 50 and have done nothing about it until today so I joined and did a spinning class.

For those of you who don’t know what spinnig is, it’s a bike fixed to the floor and you just cycle to music.

You can turn up the tension so that it is harder and beleive me its hard work. And for a solid hour!

I was bright red when I came out this morning and very sweaty but I love that as it feels like it is doing me good.

So tomorrow it is going to 5 months until I am 50 and I really want to lose a bit of weight and get fitter so that I don’t feel so middle aged. I am using lose weight fast diets to but this week I am going to be a little careful as I haven’t been to the Gym for over a year and need to build my strength up.

As you see I have been careful about what I have eaten today.

Banana and low fat yoghurt for breakfast followed by chicken salad for lunch and a bowl of homemade chicken and lentil soup for dinner.

I will have to get a bit more organized as I get really hungry when I have been exercising and if I don’t plan my food I will end up eating rubbish as it’s a quick fix.

I weighed myself today and I am 70 kilos or 154 lbs or 11 stone which is far too much for my 5’5 height. I would like to lose 1 stone at least so that would make me 63 and half kilos or 140 lbs.

My downfalls will be the evening when I feel like picking and having a glass of wine or 3 or a few beers but I have figured that 5 months isn’t that long to be careful.

I think I shall still have a drink at the weekends which incidentally is most definately not part of the lose weight fast diets but lets see how I get on.
